Project: University of California, San Diego Revelle Dormitory Renovation

Type: Institutional Residential Renovation

Project Description: This project entailed renovation of an existing dormitories on the Revelle Campus. We coordinated with the Architect David Thompson of Bundy & Thompson Architects and the Gail Garbini of the Landscape Architecture firm Garbini & Garbini to help provide solutions for some of the challenges of a renovation. In this case, we regraded the center courtyard, removed some onerous stairways, ADA parking evaluation, Fire Truck Access, and BMP Design, all while dodging the underground utility tunnels that are prevalent in this area. This was coordinated in concert with additional new buildings to the west.
