SOLANA BEACH – MODERN CALIFORNIA BUNGALOW

Project Description: This was a project that was a full rennovation of an existing home. The Architect, Dustin Hauck of Hauck Architecture did a fantastic job of transforming this home into somehting absolutely amazing. Our job was to provide grading support for changing the home elevation, driveway elevation, and providing permenant BMP's after the construction was finished. A pervious concrete paver solution was installed on this site which compliments the look and tone of this project. The BMP takes a majority of the runoff from the home treats it on site beneath the driveway, and outputs onto the roadway.
