Project Description:
For the Norte Pool Project, we provided comprehensive Civil Engineering services throughout the entire process, beginning with project initiation and planning. We collaborated closely with the client to review program requirements, establish timelines, and coordinate with the architect of record (domusstudio), Landscape Architect (Carson Douglas Landscape Architecture) for the development of Design and Construction Documents. Our team supported the submission processes for owner and city approvals, making several strategic changes to meet the owners requirements for timelines and design. Our team responded to RFIs from contractors and sub contractors.
This project required precision to provide as flat a surface as possible for the pool deck and designing for drainage and aesthetic.
