Zubin Patrawala established Enginuity in 2008, leveraging a distinguished career as a civil engineer marked by orchestrating intricate projects with precision and innovative methodologies. Educated at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, and trained in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, his leadership embodies a fusion of East Coast tenacity and a personable West Coast demeanor.
Zubin’s tenure includes spearheading projects for esteemed institutions like the University of California, San Diego, as well as collaborations with prominent entities such as Pulte Homes, Westfield, Target, Home Depot, and Rite Aid. His leadership prowess, coupled with an unwavering commitment to service excellence and streamlined project management, resonates across diverse domains including commercial, custom residential, and multi-family developments. His expertise spans Site Design, Grading Design, Hydrology, Water and Sewer Studies, FEMA flood plain analysis, and Commercial and Residential Entitlement.
