Project Description:
UTC was a refresh and rebrand project from an existing med spa that was acquired. Unlike where major decisions that can be made at design, we had the task of bringing the look and feel of our flagship stores to an existing space that looked nothing like our brand. A crucial part of these projects was achieving the transformation on a limited budget, maintaining the premium revive brand, and maintaining operations.

Our team was able to execute a plan and refresh the first location to success with both exterior and interior improvements, on budget and schedule.
