Project Description:
For the Laguna Niguel project, we provided comprehensive services throughout the entire process, beginning with project initiation and planning. We collaborated closely with the client to review program requirements, establish timelines, and coordinate with the architect of record (AOR) for the development of Design and Construction Documents. Our team effectively managed the submission processes for landlord and city approvals, responded to RFIs from contractors and vendors, and facilitated bid reviews to ensure alignment with the client’s budget and scope.

In addition to overseeing the construction phase, we ensured the timely completion of the punch list and proper contract closeout, managing all vendor payments and documentation for a smooth transition. Our services also included project setup and move-in assistance, along with strategic planning alongside the client's operations and marketing teams to guarantee a seamless handoff. We even handled art selection and installation to enhance the overall aesthetic of the space, ensuring that every detail aligned with the client’s vision for the project.
